Finally I understand why someone kept saying it’s cash basis in Japan. Not because you cannot use credit card, but you have to carry quite a lot of cash even for day-to-day spend.
PS. 刚刚完成第一轮采购，搞了一大堆药妆。准备再去买买钛链(http://www.phiten.com/)因为据说比国内便宜多了。阿三建议买branded goods，可是没有米啊。
